Returns Policy
The Black Wall offers refunds within 7 days of the shipping date. Beyond 7 days and up to 14 days, an item can only be returned for a credit or exchange. You can exchange or return an item free of charge.If you would like to return an item simply email us at orders@theblackwall.com.au
Black Wall will issue you with an authorisation code. You must have this code in order to receive your credit/exchange.You will receive your store refund, credit, or replacement once we have received and approved the goods.
Unless otherwise stated, you may return any purchased item, including sale items, for exchange or store credit. Sale items cannot be returned for refund regardless of days since shipping date, they may only be exchanged or returned for store credit. Sale items reduced by 50% or more are considered ‘Final Sale’ items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If an item is unavailable a customer may request a refund to the method of payment or to store credit.
Your satisfaction is our priority, we want you to enjoy your on line shopping experience: Although you may try on an item, all return products must be in new and unused condition, with all tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these terms are not met.
